General Information Organizer: Bio Fresh di Fabio Folcarelli (hereinafter “Organizer”), with its registered office at Via Giovanni Garau, 19 – 00121 Rome (RM), VAT No. 16930861006. Event: NAIV – Next‑gen Advertising Innovation Vision (hereinafter “Event”), a paid event organized by the Organizer. Website: The website located at https://naiv.events (hereinafter “Website”) provides registration and information regarding the Event. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Website and the participation in the Event by all users (hereinafter “Participants”). By registering for the Event or using the Website, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. 2. Registration and Event Enrollment To participate in the Event, Participants must complete the registration form available on the Website. During registration, Participants (who must be at least 18 years old) will be required to provide first name, last name, email address, and telephone number. In the case of minors, registration must be carried out by a parent or legal guardian and subsequently approved by the Organizer. Data provided must be accurate and truthful. Any false or incorrect information may lead to cancellation of the registration without any refund. Registration shall be considered complete only upon receipt of the event fee payment as detailed in Section 3. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration, with any amounts paid refunded, should the Participant breach these Terms or if organizational reasons (such as reaching the maximum number of participants) arise. 3. Participation Fees and Payment Methods Participation in the Event requires the payment of a fee as indicated on the Website. All prices are quoted in Euros and, unless otherwise stated, include VAT. Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/Debit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or other specified cards. Payments are handled via secure, encrypted payment platforms. The Organizer does not have access to the sensitive card data. Bank Transfer: Payment instructions (IBAN and reference) will be provided upon selection of this method. Registration will be confirmed only upon receipt of the credited amount. Participants may be required to provide proof of transfer if requested by the Organizer. Cryptocurrencies: If applicable, the Website allows payment via specified cryptocurrencies (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum). Conversion rates and any applicable network fees are borne by the Participant. In the case of a refund, the Organizer may refund an equivalent amount in Euros, calculated on the conversion rate at the time of the refund. An order is considered accepted and binding upon receipt of the payment by the Organizer. Participants will receive an email confirmation with order details and the ticket. 4. Order Confirmation and Tickets Upon payment, the Organizer will send a voucher or electronic ticket to the email address provided during registration. This document confirms the Participant’s right to attend the Event. It is the Participant's responsibility to ensure that their email address is entered correctly and to check the spam/junk folder. If the confirmation is not received within a reasonable timeframe, the Participant should contact the Organizer via the contact details provided on the Website. The ticket is personal and non-transferable unless agreed otherwise in writing with the Organizer. At the event entrance, a valid identity document along with the ticket may be required to verify that the name on the ticket matches the identity of the attendee. The Organizer is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen tickets once sent. In case of any issues, the Participant must notify the Organizer immediately. 5. Cancellation and Refund Policy Right of Withdrawal: Under Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the withdrawal right does not apply to contracts for leisure services with a fixed date or period. Therefore, the ticket purchase for the Event is not subject to the withdrawal right within 14 days. Participant Cancellation: A Participant who is unable to attend the Event may notify the Organizer in writing (e.g., by email). Except for any separate written agreement with the Organizer, no refunds will be provided for cancellations. The Organizer, at its sole discretion, may consider exceptional circumstances (e.g., documented serious reasons) for granting a partial refund or issuing a voucher for future events; however, this is entirely discretionary and not an obligation. Organizer Cancellation or Modification: The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event due to force majeure or other unforeseen organizational reasons. In the case of a definitive cancellation, the Organizer will refund the full ticket fee within 30 days of the originally scheduled Event date, using the same method of payment when possible. In the event of a postponement (change in date and/or location), the ticket remains valid for the rescheduled date/location as communicated. The Participant will be promptly informed (via email or telephone) of any changes. Should the rescheduled date be inconvenient, the Participant may request a full refund provided that the request is submitted in writing within the deadline specified by the Organizer's communication. Beyond the refund of the ticket fee in the cases described above, no additional compensation or indemnity (e.g., for travel or accommodation expenses incurred by the Participant) will be provided. Double Refund Guarantee: The “Satisfied or Double Refund” Guarantee is offered during the event organized by NAIV, with the aim of ensuring maximum satisfaction of the participants. Those who fully participate in the event and are not satisfied with the content received, can request a refund equal to double the price of the ticket purchased. To activate the guarantee it is necessary to: Be present for the entire duration of the event (check-in and check-out mandatory);Send a request within 24 hours of the end, via PEC or registered mail;Complete detailed feedback (min. 1000 words);Pass an evaluation questionnaire on the event (15 questions);Attach documents: ticket, selfie at the event, badge, document and IBAN;Sign a form to waive bonuses, offers or future entries. Incomplete, inconsistent or late requests will not be accepted.The analysis requires up to 30 working days. The refund will be made only in case of complete approval. 6. Code of Conduct During the Event Participants are required to behave respectfully and in accordance with any instructions provided by the Organizer or designated personnel at the event venue. In particular, Participants agree to: Abide by any venue-specific rules and legal safety and health requirements (including any health protocols in place). Avoid disruptive, dangerous, or unlawful behavior that may jeopardize the smooth running of the Event or cause harm to others or property. Follow the instructions given by staff in case of emergencies or organizational needs. The Organizer reserves the right to expel any Participant exhibiting behavior that is dangerous, offensive, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms, without entitlement to any refund. 7. Limitation of Liability While the Organizer commits to ensuring a successful Event and accurate information on the Website, the following limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law: The Organizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website, interruptions of the service, technical or IT errors independent of its will (e.g., hosting issues, the Participant’s internet connection, third-party payment platforms). The Organizer accepts no liability for any damages, losses, or injuries suffered by a Participant during the Event, except where caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence of the Organizer. Participation in the Event is undertaken at the Participant’s own risk regarding personal safety and property. In all cases, any liability of the Organizer to a Participant shall not exceed the amount paid by the Participant for the ticket. 8. Intellectual Property All content on the Website (including trademarks, logos, texts, graphics, images, videos, and documentation) is the property of the Organizer or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark, and industrial property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or any form of unauthorized use of such materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the rightful owner. 9. Privacy and Personal Data The personal data provided by Participants during the registration and participation in the Event will be processed by the Organizer in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and relevant Italian data protection laws. A full Privacy Policy is available on the Website and must be read and accepted by Participants prior to registration. 10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions The Organizer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, for example to comply with new legislation or to improve services. Updated versions will be published on the Website with the date of update. Participants are encouraged to check for any changes periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered Participants via email. Continued use of the Website or participation in the Event after any such updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. 11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from the interpretation, execution, or cancellation of these Terms shall be exclusively resolved by the courts of Rome. If the Participant qualifies as a consumer pursuant to the applicable consumer protection legislation, the competent court shall be that of the domicile or residence of the consumer. 12. Final Provisions Should any provision of these Terms be held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. By proceeding, the Participant expressly acknowledges and agrees to the clauses contained in the following sections: 3 (Participation Fees and Payment Methods), 5 (Cancellation and Refund Policy), 6 (Code of Conduct), 7 (Limitation of Liability), and 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction).
